A intelege este esential pentru vindecarea si intregirea unor experiente si nu presupune numai o activitate a mintii asa cum uneori putem sa credem, ci o activitate a fiintei noastre ca intreg.
Pentru ca a intelege se intampla ca o conlucrare intre intrebare si raspuns, intre informatie si experienta, intre senzatie, gandire, sentiment si intelepciune. Si astfel a intelege, se intampla, suflet, minte, spirit, constiinta, impreuna, in acelasi timp in care totul se traieste in trup.
A intelege e raspunsul constiintei la tot ce se intampla in minte, in emotii si in trup. De aceea poate sa aseze multe.
